Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with 20–25 years of expertise in managing high-rise building projects (30+ floors). The ideal candidate must have successfully led end-to-end project lifecycles for projects valued at $500M.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complete project lifecycle from concept to handover for high-rise building projects.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate all construction activities, ensuring time, cost, and quality compliance.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, regulatory compliance, and QA/QC procedures.
• Conduct regular progress reviews, issue reports, and drive timely decision-making.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, authorities, and internal teams.
• Resolve technical, operational, and commercial challenges proactively.

Requirements

• 20–25 years of experience in construction project management.
• Must have handled high-rise projects (30+ floors) independently.
• Proven experience managing 500M+ value projects as a Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of contracts (FIDIC preferred), project controls, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
