Project Manager

My client, a reputable main contractor, is delivering a diverse range of projects across Cork including residential developments, pharmaceutical works, and commercial builds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction to completion
• Control programme, budget, and resources
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Manage client relationships and reporting

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager within construction is essential
• Proven track record delivering residential or commercial projects
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent commercial awareness

Salary

• €95k to 105k DOE
• Bonus
