Agile Trainer

One of our trusted international partners is seeking an experienced Agile Trainer to support a large-scale business transformation program. This role is key to equipping teams and leaders with the mindset, knowledge, and practical skills needed to embrace agility at scale. You will deliver engaging training sessions to hundreds of teams, foster psychological safety, and enable sustainable change across the organization.

Training & Facilitation

• Co-create and continuously improve training materials with internal transformation teams and Agile Coaches.
• Deliver interactive sessions tailored to diverse audiences, including Product, Engineering, and leadership teams.
• Apply "Training from the Back of the Room" principles to encourage participation and peer-to-peer learning.
• Scale facilitation using Liberating Structures and other collaborative techniques.

Coaching & Continuous Improvement

• Provide spot coaching opportunities for leadership post-training in collaboration with Organizational Transformation Coaches.
• Encourage participants to reflect on and apply learning in their daily work.
• Conduct formative and summative assessments to measure training effectiveness and impact.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with leadership groups (e.g., Engineering Managers, Product Managers) and Agile Coaches to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Manage training logistics, including attendance tracking and pre/post-training communications.
  
  

• 5-8 years of experience in agile coaching or equivalent roles in Product, Engineering, or Delivery.
• Proven ability to lead engaging training sessions for varied group sizes.
• Expertise in "Training from the Back of the Room" and scaled facilitation techniques (e.g., Liberating Structures).
• Strong understanding of agile values, principles, and frameworks.
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Background in Product and Engineering is highly advantageous.
