Senior Fullstack Developer (m/f/d)

Your mission

• You are part of one of our cross-functional product teams, developing software that improves our customers' daily productivity
• You plan, architect & develop applications within our tech stack, which includes Node.js, Rest API, MySQL, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Docker, Git/GitLab, Nest.js, React, Redux, Material UI, all using JavaScript/TypeScript running on AWS
• You work closely with Product Owners, Designers & the team’s Scrum Master to create high quality features that delight our customers
• You collaborate closely with fellow developers to build lasting, scalable, highly available, and reliable technical solutions, ensuring the overall excellence of our software platform
• You think outside the box and bring your ideas to improve our product or increase our developer experience to the table
  
  

Your profile

• You feel equally at home in the backend as well as on the frontend and bring your experience to bear in both areas, whether it's complex architectures or the design of single-page applications, with backend being your main strength
• You know the ins & outs of Node.js, JavaScript / TypeScript, React & Redux and ideally also Nest.js
• You are a power user of AI-based tools (ideally, have experience with GitHub Copilot) and you know how to boost your productivity with them safely and responsibly
• You have working experience with building cloud applications on AWS
• Having experience with agentic frameworks like Langchain or Mastra AI would be a plus
• You write well-structured, efficient and maintainable code and actively keep the quality of the code base in check
• You have excellent analytical & problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented & KPI-driven working style
• You are a strong communicator, your English is at a very good level (>C1) and you live in Germany
