🚀 Role: Project Manager / Business Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to lead projects implementing UCaaS and CCaaS platforms. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure measurable outcomes and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets under the guidance of a Senior Consultant.
• Document and manage deliverables, status reports, and meeting notes.
• Create or adapt project templates to provide visibility into tasks and outcomes.
• Track progress: identify action items, resolve issues, and record decisions.
• Prepare go-live checklists, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, and schedules.
• Ensure proper logging and storage of client data, documents, and transcripts.
• Document operational processes and organizational structures.
• Support the team with presentations and meeting materials.
• Analyze operational and financial data to demonstrate solution impact.
• Maintain updated project documentation, including risk assessments.

🎯 Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Experience: 2–4 years in project management and business analysis.
• Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Technical knowledge:
• Contact center operations (voice and digital channels).
• Experience with platforms such as Genesys, Nice CXOne, Five9 (preferred).
• Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with project management tools: Lucidchart, SmartSheets, ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc.
• Soft skills:

• Plus: Interest in AI-driven technologies for contact centers.
