Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst at PRODIVI, located in Kaunas, with flexibility for remote work. The Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical implementation within Business Intelligence projects. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, designing data-driven solutions, and ensuring that business goals are met through effective BI systems. Collaboration with clients and development teams will be essential to deliver insightful, high-quality BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients and internal teams to understand business goals, data sources, and reporting needs.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for BI and data-related projects.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications for data models, dashboards, and reports.
• Collaborate with BI developers and data engineers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Support data validation, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain clear communication between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps, Jira)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience in managing IT projects from initiation to completion
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus

• Gross Salary ranges from 2700 to 3500 EUR depending on experiences and skills.
