PHP Developer (Mid)

Role:

• Develop new features and modules using PHP (Symfony framework)
• Maintain and refactor existing code to ensure performance and quality
• Collaborate with the Lead Developer and analysts to clarify requirements and deliver reliable solutions
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality improvements
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools
• Document code, user manuals, technical specifications and other software artefacts to facilitate maintenance and support
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, best practices and software engineering methodologies to continuously improve quality, efficiency and performance
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify technical solutions, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of software solutions

Requirements:

• 3+ years of commercial experience in PHP development
• Strong skills in Symfony framework
• Good understanding of OOP, design patterns, and modern application architecture
• Experience with Doctrine ORM and database abstractions
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and Jira (or similar tools), interest in AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT)
• Polish C2, English B2-C1
• Basic knowledge of DDD or hexagonal architecture
• Nice to have: Laravel framework experience
