Project Manager

We are proud to be supporting our client who is looking for a CAPEX Project Manager. This role supports a major pharmaceutical Fill-and-Finish project, mainly through the conceptual and basic design phases. Fluency in English and German is a must.

Key responsibilities

• Help define project scope and deliverables, and develop project schedules

• Lead and support design reviews during concept and basic engineering

• Ensure design work meets technical and compliance standards

• Coordinate with internal teams, EPCM partners, suppliers, and construction teams

• Provide regular project updates and reports

• Support procurement activities, including reviewing technical specifications and vendor documents

This position suits someone with strong experience in pharmaceutical CAPEX projects—ideally Fill & Finish—and a solid technical engineering background.
