Project Director

This role would suit someone with strong experience delivering pharmaceutical or life sciences projects in Poland, combined with the leadership capability to manage multidisciplinary project teams and support future business growth.

This position comes with an opportunity to become a Managing Director for the business moving forward.

Responsibilities:

• Lead life sciences project delivery across design, engineering and EPCMV scopes.
• Manage project execution, planning, coordination, budgets, schedules and client expectations.
• Act as a senior local point of contact for clients, internal teams and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, design, project controls, procurement, construction and CQV.
• Support project planning, resource coordination, reporting and delivery risk management.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with quality, safety, schedule and commercial expectations.
• Support the growth of the local Polish office and help build stronger delivery capability.
• Work closely with international leadership and wider European project teams.
• Represent the business professionally with clients, partners and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong project delivery experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences or regulated manufacturing projects.
• Good understanding of EPCMV project delivery models.
• Proven experience managing engineering, design or construction-related project scopes.
• Strong knowledge of the Polish life sciences or engineering project market.
• Ability to manage clients, internal teams, external partners and project priorities.
• Flexible, hands-on mindset suited to a growing local office environment.
• Strong planning, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Polish and English required.
