Senior PMO Lead (SAP) – ERP Transformation | Onsite | Telecom Client

We’re hiring a Senior PMO Lead to drive the ERP transformation of a leading telecom client.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead the PMO function, ensuring project success through proactive governance, structure, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the PMO function for the ERP transformation program.
• Establish and maintain proactive project governance frameworks, standards, and methodologies.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely execution of deliverables.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Proven track record in SAP-driven ERP transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive end-to-end project governance.
