Project Manager

Examples of areas where projects are being run:

• Platform projects (mainly Windows/Linux, but legacy environments may exist)

• Virtualization and storage

• Migrations and upgrades

• Client platforms of various types

• Application-related projects such as installations, upgrades and migrations

• Identity och Access Management (IAM)

Normal work tasks

• Project management from feasibility study through requirements, implementation and closure

• Focus on quality, time and budget

• Production of project documents often based on existing templates

• Ensure resource planning and risk management

• Communicate with stakeholders at different levels in the organization

• Coordinate between project dependencies such as other projects, operational and/or business activities

• Report to various types of management forums including project steering group

• Ensure handover to management and project completion

Skills

• Documented experience in project management within IT

• Solid and broad experience in various types of IT infrastructure projects

• Experience running multiple parallel projects in a complex environment

• Certifications in a project methodology (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA) and ITIL.

• Experience working with IT tools for project planning, presentation, documentation, financial monitoring, etc. (example: MS Office/Project, Visio, Antura, Jira, Confluence, ADO, Sharepoint etc)

• Experience in assessing the size of the project and based on this, designing an appropriate documentation structure, organization, etc.
