User Experience Designer

Role Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer with solid research exposure to design and develop functional, visually appealing, and user-centric digital interfaces. The role requires experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs, alongside conducting usability testing to ensure optimal user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end user/service design projects
• Plan and conduct qualitative & quantitative user research
• Develop research plans, methodologies, and instruments
• Analyse and synthesize research insights
• Facilitate co-creation workshops with users/stakeholders
• Map user journeys and service blueprints
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Present research findings and design concepts

Requirements:

• Experience Level: At least 4 years of proven experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Experience in end-to-end research journey

Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Expertise in research methodology (planning, execution, analysis)
• Service design experience (journey mapping, blueprints)
• Skilled in workshop facilitation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Portfolio with research-led design case studies
