User Experience Designer

Our client is seeking a Senior UX Designer to create intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences across marketing websites, web applications, and internal tools. This role blends UX strategy, UI design, and visual storytelling, requiring someone who can move seamlessly from wireframes and prototypes to polished, production-ready user interfaces. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing user needs, collaborating with developers, and delivering high-quality visual design that supports business goals.

You Will:

• Design end-to-end user experiences for marketing websites, digital products, and internal applications

• Create site maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions

• Apply and evolve design systems while maintaining visual consistency across digital experiences

• Translate business objectives, user research, and analytics into thoughtful design recommendations

• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively

• Partner closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation and successful design handoff

• Support broader creative initiatives including branding, digital marketing assets, web publishing, and campaign-related design projects

• Contribute to accessibility, usability, and continuous improvement efforts across digital platforms

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, web design, or related disciplines

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX process and polished visual design execution

• Experience creating responsive web and mobile experiences from concept through delivery

• Expertise with design systems, component libraries, and scalable digital design practices

• Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and modern UI design

• Experience conducting or incorporating user research and analytics into design decisions

• Working knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices

• Experience collaborating closely with developers in Agile environments

• Familiarity with Figma and modern prototyping tools

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Bonus: Branding, motion design, video editing, A/B testing, or front-end development knowledge

• Salary: $110K-$140K DOE

• Hourly Pay Rate: 55-$70/Hour DOE
