The position

As a DevOps Engineer at agap2, you take on the challenge within an international environment with a local focus. Key Responsibilities

As a DevOps Engineer within our AI Platform Core team, you’ll play a key role in the foundation that powers Gambit’s AI ecosystem. Working closely with our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, you’ll ensure our AI infrastructure is secure, scalable, and efficient — enabling the next generation of intelligent retail media solutions.

You’ll own and drive initiatives across the AI platform lifecycle, from workspace provisioning and security to autoscaling and multi-agent system integration. Your work will directly impact how Gambit delivers reliable, cutting-edge AI capabilities to global clients.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable AI infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Collaborate with SRE, data, and AI product teams to deliver a secure, performant, and resilient platform.
• Manage and automate workspace provisioning, identity and access, and infrastructure security.
• Implement autoscaling, load balancing, and monitoring for multi-agent AI systems.
• Support deployment pipelines, observability, and CI/CD workflows across environments.
• Contribute to infrastructure best practices, cost optimization, and documentation.
• Partner with AI engineers to enable seamless integration of models and agentic systems into production.

What you bring to the position

• Proven experience with Azure cloud services (e.g., AKS, Azure ML, Functions, DevOps, Key Vault, etc.).
• Strong understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with monitoring and reliability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor).
• Understanding of AI/ML workflows, model deployment, and MLOps principles.
• Background in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering supporting high-availability systems.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach.

Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-agent systems or generative AI infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Python or scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with data pipelines and security compliance in AI environments.
