About The Role
We’re looking for a Head of IT Support to lead and evolve our IT and product support operations across the Baltics
In this role, you’ll ensure consistent, high-quality IT service for all teams and users, overseeing both first- and second-level support — from internal IT systems to product-related topics. You’ll drive automation, improve workflows, and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement within the IT team.

About The Role

What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop IT and product support operations across the Baltics.
- Oversee first- and second-level support, ensuring smooth internal and product-related service.
- Drive automation and smarter workflows to boost efficiency and resolution speed.
- Manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle — from procurement to retirement.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees.
- Align tools, processes, and standards across countries for consistency and scalability.
- Improve service quality through data, feedback, and collaboration.
- Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and proactive problem-solving.
- Proven experience leading IT operations or support teams in a multi-country or large-scale organization.
- Strong understanding of IT service management, infrastructure, and process improvement.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving abilities.
- Experience implementing automation and workflow optimization in IT environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English (Estonian or other Baltic languages are a plus).
