What You Will Do And Why

We’re looking for a People & Office Coordinator to join our Uppsala team. This hybrid role prioritizes maintaining a well-functioning and welcoming office environment while devoting most of your time to HR responsibilities such as recruitment, development, and employee engagement. By ensuring smooth office operations and supporting the employee experience and lifecycle, you’ll play a key role in shaping Viedoc’s workplace culture and creating a space where employees thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing daily office operations to ensure a professional, tidy and inviting environment, keeping our communal areas and kitchen in top shape.
  • Partnering with HR to manage and enhance the employee lifecycle, including attracting, recruiting, developing, retaining, and supporting employees.
  • Assisting in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth and welcoming start.
  • Supporting initiatives to strengthen company culture and employee engagement.
  • Collaborating on internal communications and HR projects.
  • Managing office administration, including correspondence and data entry.
  • Organizing company events and gatherings, and acting as the welcoming face of Viedoc whenever we have visitors at the office.

As a Professional, We Would Like You To Have

  • 2-3 years of experience in a people-facing role with expertise in HR functions.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more parts of the employee lifecycle (e.g., recruiting, onboarding, development, or offboarding).
  • A people-first mindset with a natural ability to build relationships and foster inclusivity.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
