In brief
We are looking for a Senior Windows/Mac Client & System Engineer to join Nordnets IT Support department. We currently have 5 engineers working in the team and are now looking for one more, with mainly Windows competence.
IT Support's mission is twofolded
This is you
Most likely, you have a technical background that enables you to understand IT services on a deeper level. You have a strong passion for customer satisfaction. You like to communicate, and you have a true interest in building relations and creating result through your team.
You should have several years of experience working with Clients (Mac/Win & Mobiles).

IT Support's mission is twofolded
- Provide prompt and effective assistance to Nordnet personnel with IT equipment and software-related inquiries and issues.
- Proactively maintain the integrity, functionality, and security of client devices, mobile phones, meeting room equipment, and associated software, ensuring adherence to Nordnet's stringent security standards.
This is you
Most likely, you have a technical background that enables you to understand IT services on a deeper level. You have a strong passion for customer satisfaction. You like to communicate, and you have a true interest in building relations and creating result through your team.
You should have several years of experience working with Clients (Mac/Win & Mobiles).
Good knowledge of
- SCCM
- Intune
- Azure
- Jamf
- Google workspace
Key Responsibilities
- Client OS Configuration and deployment of Clients (Win/Mac & Mobile).
- Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot problems related to these clients.
- Deploy and manage software updates
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Document system configurations and procedures
