About the Role

On behalf of a leading international company in the healthcare technology sector, we are recruiting an experienced HR Generalist to support their operations across the DACH region. This is a 12-month temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for someone looking to make a long-term impact in a global HR environment.

Position Overview

As HR Generalist, you will be part of the global HR team and take ownership of key HR processes including employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, talent acquisition, and HRIS. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and process employee data (hiring, termination, time off, payroll, benefits, health & safety) in the HRIS system
• Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and country-specific labor regulations
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, and compensation reviews
• Lead employee relations cases, ensuring proper documentation and resolution
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for the DACH region
• Negotiate contracts with vendors supporting HR processes

About You

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Labor Relations, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or Advisor role, preferably with international exposure
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in complex situations
• Able to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressure
• Resilient, positive, and results-driven in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in German and English
