Our client in the finance sector is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join their IT team. You will be working in a team that develops and manages solutions for their core applications, focusing on end-to-end enhancement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimise backend services for the modules.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployments and operational stability.
- Collaborate with teams to align backend and frontend functionalities.
- Manage monitoring, incident response, and system maintenance for investment services.
- Ensure solutions meet regulatory and data security standards.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications with stakeholders.
- Suggest and implement improvements based on industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer.
- Excellent knowledge of Java, Angular/TypeScript
- Strong background in banking or financial services is essential
- Willing to take on operational tasks (DevOps)
- Fluent in German and English
