HR Generalist

Join us as an HR Generalist and become a key part of our growing HR Team.


Responsibilities:


As an HR Generalist, you’ll contribute across five key areas of our HR strategy:


People Analytics & HR Operations


  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency in our HRIS (SEN), including headcount, turnover, and onboarding metrics.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and executive-level reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Track HR OKRs and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.


Hiring & Talent Acquisition


  • Support full-cycle recruitment for tech roles such as Developers, QA, Tech Leads, and Engineering Managers.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to draft and refine job descriptions and enhance structured interview processes.
  • Track and report hiring funnel metrics, including time-to-fill, conversion rates, and candidate quality.


Onboarding & Learning


  • Deliver a seamless onboarding experience by collecting feedback and monitoring onboarding performance indicators.
  • Collaborate on the design and delivery of leadership and soft skills training programs with measurable impact.


Employee Experience & Engagement


  • Support internal communication strategies, hybrid event planning, and culture initiatives.
  • Co-create and implement action plans to enhance engagement and team wellbeing across the organization.


Process Optimization


  • Identify opportunities to improve and document HR processes and workflows using an agile mindset.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.


Requirements


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a tech or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS data management.
  • Ability to generate and interpret HR metrics and reports.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • Analytical mindset, continuous improvement orientation, and adaptability to hybrid work environments.
