Chief Technology Officer

Head of Cloud / CTO – AWS Partner | Based in UAE | Arabic Speaker Required

We’re representing a leading cloud solutions provider and AWS Partner in their search for a strong, dynamic technology leader to head their cloud division.

This role requires a strategic thinker and decisive leader with exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire multicultural teams. You’ll oversee a department of around 12 cloud engineers and presales specialists, driving performance, innovation, and technical excellence across multi-cloud environments.

Key Requirements:

• Arabic speaker (mandatory) – able to manage teams and clients across the GCC
• 10+ years of experience in Cloud, Infrastructure, or Enterprise IT
• Proven background with AWS (Azure or GCP also considered)
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership position managing technical or presales teams
• Experience working within the GCC market, ideally UAE
• Strong leadership character, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a diverse cloud team of 12+ professionals
• Oversee architecture design, migration strategy, and delivery execution
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology direction with business growth
