Mandatory skills:

Android developers need strong skills in Kotlin and Java for legacy code Android SDK and its architecture components the Android Studio IDE and Material Design principles Essential technical skills also include API integration database management like SQLite version control Git and XML for UI design Soft skills like problemsolving communication and continuous learning are crucial for working in teams and staying updated with the rapidly evolving Android ecosystem

Requirement

• Deep understanding of at least one Mobile platform Android

• Ability to make high level design choices for mobile application

• Should have a hands on experience in Android

• Should have at least 10 years of experience out of which at least 2 years as an Architect

• Should have architected external systems integration with mobile application

• Experience in working with enterprise application consumer application Analytics social etc

• Ability to mentor team leads for good design

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast paced environment

• Understand business needs and convert business requirements into a design ability to see through the modular issues

• Must have handled responsibility for the quality of architecture and design

• Ability to evaluate current state of architecture platform and provide architectural recommendations to improve performance scalability and reliability

• Experienced in planning estimation customer facing roles and effective client interaction skills

• Experienced in Architecture Design Solution Design Technical consulting and Pre Sales activities

• Experienced in Agile iterative and parallel development model is desirable

• Familiarity with the Android Human Interface Guidelines is a plus

• Good communication analytical presentation skills problem solving skills and learning attitude
