Senior Project Manager (Solar / Battery Storage / Construction)

A global leader in the development and implementation of Wind, Solar & BESS solutions are expanding rapidly and looking to hire a skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager to assist with standardising processes of Utility scale projects.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be joining a forward-thinking team of experts and have the following responsibilities:

• Supporting, managing and coordinating a team of Project Managers at various levels of experience to ensure that projects are delivered successfully, on time, within budget and in line with quality and safety standards.
• Developing and implementing a comprehensive set of standards to improve processes across all teams
• Identifying efficiencies to enhance the team's performance

What we are looking for:

• An experienced Project Manager, hands-on in execution and delivery, process standardisation and continuous improvement
• Industry knowledge in either IPP's, BESS, Solar or Construction of Utility scale projects
• Strong Change Management skills
• Able to communicate in both German and English (60% of your projects will be in German speaking regions)
• Certifications in Project Management such as GPM, IPMA or PMI are desirable
• A Degree in Engineering or Electrical Engineering is desired but not essential

Salary: Circa €95K (Flexible, DOE)
