Project Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to support our team in delivering high-quality broadband communication products. You'll help plan and track R&D projects from early ideas to finished products, working with teams across the NL and the Far East.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in engineering or product development who enjoys keeping things on track and working with different people and teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Create group project plans (tasks, timelines, budgets, resources).
• Schedule and lead project meetings.
• Track progress and keep project tools up to date and escalate on time
• Raise and monitor purchase orders with suppliers.
• Ensure suppliers deliver on time and stay on budget.
• Capture Lessons learned

Communication & Collaboration

• Work closely with teams in R&D, Product Management, and Quality Control.
• Keep everyone informed with clear updates and reports.
• Coordinate with outside suppliers and contractors.
• Share project updates with stakeholders

Risk & Quality Management

• Perform continuous risk assessment during the project life cycle.
• Identify potential problems early and help find solutions.
• Make sure everyone is working on the most up-to-date documents.
• Help plan testing with the Quality team.
• Check all documentation complete at every stage of the project.

Training & Development

• Our product development process and systems.
• Project management tools (such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence).

Education (Preferred)

A diploma or certificate in project management (e.g. Agile, Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2).

Experience (Preferred)

• 2 + years of experience in project management, ideally in tech or engineering.
• Experience working with overseas (Far East) suppliers.

Skills

• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Able to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams).
• Familiarity with project tools like Jira or Confluence is a plus.
