Business Analyst

About Us:

FCP is looking for an experienced Business Analyst for a client's Intelligent Asset Technology team, The focus is on delivering value through advanced technology solutions, particularly for facility integrity management, emissions reduction, and automation. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring their operational assets continue to operate safely and reliably, extending their life and reducing risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather, understand, and translate business and technical requirements.
• Identify business needs, define problems, and develop viable solution scopes.
• Map current business processes and recommend future process optimizations.
• Ensure continuous alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
• Conduct gap analyses and journey mapping to identify improvement areas.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent business-related qualification.
• Experience in Robotics and Automation highly desirable
• Good understanding of Asset Management.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies is preferred.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
