This is a great opportunity for someone ready to start their HR career in a remote-first, international environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in recruitment coordination (posting jobs, researching, scheduling, screening).
• Help manage HR tools and documentation.
• Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.
• Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
• Use tools like ChatGPT etc., to boost productivity.

What We’re Looking For

• Completed 3rd year of university in a relevant field (e.g., Business, HR).
• Available to work full-time during holidays and part-time during the academic year.
• Fluent English (C1+) — both written and spoken — is non-negotiable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Self-starter who is motivated, curious, and a committed team player.
• Comfortable working remotely and using digital productivity tools effectively.
