Business Analyst (Banking & Finance)

Location: Istanbul

Working Model: Hybrid - 3 days Skyland Office

Availability: Candidates with a notice period of max. 2 weeks are preferred

About the Company

Our client is a well-established company in the banking and finance industry. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with proven experience in business analysis and knowledge in one or more domains such as Investment Banking, Accounting, Loans, or Treasury.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyze business unit needs and translate them into business requirements and process designs
• Coordinate with software and technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of business needs
• Prepare test cases, manage testing processes, and conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with stakeholders
• Provide post-go-live support for applications and business processes
• Analyze requests and incidents, provide effective solutions, and ensure smooth progress according to process standards

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis within the banking or finance sector
• Experience in at least one of the following: Investment Banking, Accounting, Loans, or Treasury
• Familiarity with Investment Banking products is a strong plus
• Experience with BPM (Business Process Management) tools is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• SQL proficiency for data analysis
• Interest in financial technologies and eagerness to learn
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Proficient in written and spoken English
