What You'll do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain back-end solutions using Java, SQL, REST, and Spring;
  • Implement and optimize microservices architectures and ensure their scalability and reliability;
  • Work with event streaming platforms (Kafka, CDC) for real-time data processing;
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, integrating automation and deployment best practices;
  • Build and manage solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and containerized infrastructures (Docker);
  • Ensure quality and performance of deliverables through test automation;
  • Collaborate within Agile teams, working closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders;
  • Utilize Jira and Confluence for task management and documentation;
  • Proactively analyze and solve problems, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Hybrid Work Model.
  • What You Are:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred);
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in back-end development;
  • Strong knowledge of Java, SQL, REST, Spring;
  • Experience with event streaming technologies (Kafka, CDC);
  • Solid understanding of web architectures, microservices, and services design;
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and container-based solutions (Docker);
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD concepts and tools such as Git, Jenkins, Maven;
  • Experience in test automation;
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies;
  • Experience using work management tools (Jira, Confluence);
  • Behavioral skills: autonomy, dynamism, teamwork, leadership, analytical thinking, adaptability, responsibility in meeting deadlines;
  • Fluent in Portuguese.
