Role Description

This is a co-founder role with flexible remote/hybrid arrangement initially, with expectation of full-time commitment and relocation to Milan in late 2025/early 2026.

As CTO, you will:

• Own the entire technical roadmap and architecture
• Build AI-enabled workflow automations that incentivize investors and advisors to enrol on our platform
• Lead full-stack development from ideation to deployment
• Work directly with the CEO to integrate technology into business strategy
• Drive innovation in succession planning tools, leveraging AI/ML for deal matching, document processing, and workflow automation

Qualifications

• Graduated not more than 5 years ago in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar. Masters is a plus.
• Full-stack Software Development skills
• Some experience in Product Development from scratch - startup or side project experience valued.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to commit full-time and relocate to Milan by Q4 2025/Q1 2026
• Nice to have: Experience with AI/ML, workflow automation, or fintech/B2B SaaS - as well as learn on the job approach.
