About the Job

As our Senior Product Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our product and collection developments, ensuring every project aligns with Tom Wood’s high standards for quality, innovation and responsibility. You are a natural-born project leader with a proven track record of owning initiatives and pushing them to completion. Together with the Product Development team, you will directly manage the product development lifecycle from concept to delivery, using data-driven insights to make smart decisions that align with departmental goals and timelines. You will also serve as a key sparring partner for the Head of Product Development on pricing, product strategy and innovation projects. The right candidate has exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for design and sustainability.

The role reports directly to our Head of Product Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product development lifecycle, while ensuring that all key stakeholders deliver according to the timeline, keeping the projects on track and that they are aligned with departmental goals
• Collaborate closely with your colleagues in the Product Development team to manage project execution and timelines
• Leverage data-driven insights to guide product strategy and ensure alignment with departmental and company goals
• Serve as a sparring partner to the Head of Product Development on product strategy
• Serve as departmental lead in absence of Head of Product Development
• Work closely with the Head of Product Development on price, cost control and margin tracking
• Drive innovation projects, providing strategic input and exploring new opportunities to advance the brand's tech and innovation journey
• Actively contribute to our responsibility goals by supporting supply chain due diligence and ensuring our products meet the highest ethical and environmental standards

Whom we are looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Highly organized, with a structured approach to managing tasks and deadlines
• Enthusiastic, proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Excel
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
• Experience with ERP systems and PowerBI is preferred
• Background in product or project management within the retail or fashion industry is a strong advantage
• Previous experience leading a team is not a must, but an advantage
