You will:

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for both experts and clients, providing expert guidance on HR matters;
• Work closely with partners and colleagues across different locations;
• Regularly meet with managers to update them on People related initiatives, discuss issues, and gather feedback on team concerns;
• Analyse data trends and metrics to inform business decisions;
• Prepare reports to clients based on analytics & 1:1s with experts to mitigate risks;
• Manage the adaptation processes for new clients & employees;
• Conduct performance management and drive expert development programs;
• Multi-task on various projects and initiatives.

Required skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian language
• At least 3 years experience in an HRBP role in a multicultural environment;
• Strong strategic mindset & analytical thinking;
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to build strong business relationships with stakeholders;
• Flexible & open-minded, feeling comfortable in a constantly changing environment;
