Human Resources Business Partner

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and business-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 1–3 years of experience to support HR initiatives and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an IT Services or IT Enabled Services (ITES/BPO/KPO) organization and possess a strong understanding of HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and business partnering.

Work Location: Chennai - Thoraipakkam

Mode of work: Work from Office ( All 5 days)

Mandatory Requirement

• 1–3 years of HR experience in an IT Services, ITES, BPO, KPO, Shared Services, or Technology Services organization.
• Experience supporting a technology-driven or service-based workforce.
• Exposure to employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and managers to support people-related initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building activities.
• Support performance management and talent review processes.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
• Handle employee grievances and provide HR guidance to managers and employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Analyze HR metrics such as attrition, headcount, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant HRBP/HR Generalist experience.
• Prior experience in IT Services or IT Enabled Services (ITES) is mandatory.
