Product Designer (Mid/Sr)

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the Design Process: Take ownership of the entire design process, from concept to execution, for both UX and UI
Create Impactful Designs: Develop sketches, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes (lo-fi and hi-fi) for our mobile products
User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate on feedback to deliver intuitive and visually appealing designs
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Engineers, and other team members to ensure a seamless design and development process
Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in mobile UX/UI design to ensure our products are innovative and user-friendly

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

2+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in designing mobile and web applications, showcasing your ability to handle complex design challenges
Passion for Design: A strong desire to create exceptional user experiences and push the boundaries of design standards
Comprehensive Skill Set: Expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, UX/UI design, and usability testing
Platform Knowledge: Solid understanding of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and Android's Material Design principles
Proficiency in Design Tools: Mastery of Figma is essential. Familiarity with After Effects, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), InVision, and Protopie is a plus
Strong Portfolio: An impressive portfolio showcasing your visual design and user experience skills across various projects (Dribbble, Behance, Medium, etc.)
