Senior Project Manager – Major Global Customers

We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead global, complex B2B customer, hardware and software projects. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the world’s largest international customers, gaining exposure to projects across global markets. This is a great opportunity for someone with a builder’s mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating structure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring that customer requirements are understood, thoroughly evaluated technically, and seamlessly coordinated across our sales, R&D, and production teams.

In your daily work, you will be responsible for:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex customer projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality targets are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, managing resources and driving accountability across internal and external groups.
• Monitor project performance, proactively manage risks/issues, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Assess, design, and optimise processes, implementing governance frameworks and scalable methodologies to improve efficiency and compliance.
  
  

What we expect from you:

• At least 10 years of proven experience in program or project management, preferably in complex hardware or software projects.
• Proven skills in project process development and Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in working globally, in an international environment
• A growth attitude: you enjoy challenges and embrace opportunities for personal and professional development
• Hands-on approach: you are not afraid to take action, dive into the work and carry responsibility
• Fluency in written and spoken English. Finnish is not required.
