Project Manager

About the Role:

For our client in the manufacturing sector, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a high-priority project related to product data management. In this versatile role, you will play a key part in ensuring the project's progress, driving the product data concept forward from governance to the factories, and working in close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

• Tracking project status, monitoring technical execution, and managing budget progress.
• Driving the product data concept forward all the way from governance to the factories.
• Understanding and managing the product concept across different use cases, including sales, production, and product variant management.
• Facilitating key project meetings and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Collaborating closely with engineers, stakeholders, and product owners to ensure delivery stays on schedule.

Required Skills:

• Strong Project Management experience leading end-to-end technical delivery.
• Deep expertise in Product Data Management (PDM) and product variant management.
• Proven track record tracking complex project status, technical execution, and budgets.
• Experience driving data concepts from a governance level down to factory execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Previous experience working within manufacturing, engineering, or complex supply chain environments.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• A proactive, hands-on approach to project delivery.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency or basic knowledge of Finnish and/or Swedish.
• Experience delivering projects with a hybrid resource allocation model.
