Job Summary:
The Senior Organization Design Specialist will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of organizational structures, workforce planning, and position management strategies across the company. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of position-related data and enabling data-driven decisions through effective organizational analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support organizational design initiatives, including structural reviews, role evaluations, and workforce optimization.
- Manage and maintain accurate position data within SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms.
- Develop and update organizational charts and process flows using Microsoft Visio or similar tools.
- Analyze workforce data to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Design and generate complex Excel-based reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics using advanced formulas and pivot tables.
- Ensure high accuracy in all data inputs, maintenance, and reporting activities related to position and organizational structures.
- Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and strategy teams to ensure alignment between organizational structure and business objectives.
- Support change management efforts related to organization restructuring, job changes, and workforce transitions.
- Assist in developing position management guidelines, tools, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Position Data Management within SAP SuccessFactors (or any other HRIS) – Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio – Preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including complex formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, etc.) – Required
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities – Required
- Experience in organizational design and workforce planning – Required
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data management – Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience in organization design, HR analytics, or HR systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across teams and with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
