We are seeking a “Human Resources Chief” to join our highway project in Romania.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university,
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Human Resources,
- Preferably experienced in HR processes within road, infrastructure, or superstructure construction site projects,
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, personnel affairs, employee relations, and operational HR processes,
- Experienced in managing both blue-collar and white-collar workforce processes,
- Able to adapt to an intensive work pace and dynamic site environment,
- Good command of English,
- International project experience with strong operational and field management capabilities,
- Advanced level of Excel knowledge.
Job Description :
- Managing all Human Resources processes at the project site.
- Conducting recruitment processes in line with operational requirements.
- Following up personnel files, leave management, attendance records, and payroll processes.
- Managing employee relations processes and coordinating site HR needs.
- Ensuring effective communication between the head office and project site regarding HR operations.
- Monitoring processes in compliance with local legislation and company procedures.
- Supporting employee satisfaction and site organization processes.
