Project Coordinator/Business Analyst

Delta Medical is looking for a talented Project Coordinator / Business Analyst to support the implementation of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Central) and lead coordination efforts for integration projects (ERP, e-Commerce, DAM, CRM).

About the Role:

You will play a critical role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements while collaborating across product, marketing, IT, and data teams. You will ensure smooth coordination of project activities, manage documentation, and contribute to solution design reviews, supporting end-to-end integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and document business and system requirements for ERP and related integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data models, product attributes, and business rules
• Support creation of detailed data mapping documentation for ERP integrations (e.g., ERP – e-Commerce, DAM, CRM)
• Participate in solution design reviews and verify business analysis aspects
• Maintain project documentation: meeting notes, action logs, RAID logs, status updates
• Track and monitor task execution with internal teams and vendors
• Coordinate project workshops, testing sessions, and stakeholder reviews
• Support backlog refinement and sprint planning with the implementation team
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or project coordination
• Familiarity with APIs and data flow documentation (basic JSON, XML)
• Practical experience in system integration projects, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Central, DAM, or e-Commerce solutions is a plus
• Strong understanding of data structures and product hierarchies
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
