Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Business Analytics & Insights (BAI) team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to generate actionable insights and enable data-driven decision-making across domains like Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Customer Experience, HR, Risk Management, and Global IT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
• Design and build impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using SQL and other tools
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency through validation and quality checks
• Create and maintain documentation for data definitions, dashboards, and analytical processes
• Support ongoing data and reporting needs for various business units
  
  

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

• Power BI (Strong expertise)
• SQL (Strong proficiency in writing complex queries)
• Python (for data manipulation and analysis – pandas, numpy, etc.)
• Experience working with data in Azure environments (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of data modeling and business KPIs
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with Azure Databricks or Jupyter Notebooks for exploratory analysis
• Exposure to data visualization best practices and UX principles
• Experience working with large datasets from multiple sources
• Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks
• Exposure to forecasting, predictive analytics, or basic machine learning concepts
