DIGITAL AUTOMATION & IT SPECIALIST

Job Purpose: The company requires an IT expert to lead its automation strategy, focusing on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI-based Optical Character Recognition (OCR). Key technical proficiencies must include Python, the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI Services, and Dataverse. This role demands the ability to design and implement comprehensive automation workflows, manage complex multi-step web processes (including form submissions, file uploads, and CAPTCHA resolution), and ideally possess knowledge of UniFi/Ubiquiti network infrastructure and PC/VM deployments. Experience in developing secure, scalable web interfaces using React and FastAPI is also sought. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, technical ownership, and project management skills to oversee the initiative from inception to conclusion.

Specifications:

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree related to Information Technology field.
• Experience: 2-4 years
• Languages: English (required), Arabic (preferred but not compulsory)
• Contract Type: Full Time

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• Proven track record in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using tools like: Selenium, Power Automate, UiPath
• Experience automating multi-step web processes (e.g., form submissions, file uploads, CAPTCHA handling)
• Design and implementation of automation workflows across business functions
• Strong experience with AI-powered OCR solutions for document scanning and data extraction, automating invoice processing and financial operations, and development of backend systems for structured data extraction (e.g., OCR engines).
• Proficient in Python, FastAPI, and React for secure, scalable solution development
• Design and build customer-facing portals.
• Skilled in developing API-driven solutions for administrative and HR functions
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Integration of Microsoft tools like Power BI and Entra ID sync for seamless digital environments
• Full responsibility for managing and optimizing IT infrastructure
• Experience with UniFi/Ubiquiti network infrastructure (UDM, NAS, user access tracking)
• Hands-on with PC/VM deployments
