Web Developer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our growing team as a full-time remote contributor. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate developer to work on high-impact web projects, contribute to product development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across design, product, and engineering.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4–5 years of hands-on experience in web development and a solid foundation in front-end and back-end technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to implement new features.
• Optimize website performance, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code using industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across various browsers and devices.
• Stay current with emerging web technologies and apply them to ongoing projects.

Required Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of professional experience as a Web Developer.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Solid experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, version control systems (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization.
• Working knowledge of databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and communicate effectively with distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Background in e-commerce, SaaS, or enterprise web applications.
• Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
