Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure
• Help troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues
• Support the configuration and maintenance of routers, switches, and firewalls
• Monitor network security and system performance
• Assist with network upgrades and installations
• Document network configurations and technical procedures
• Work with IT teams to resolve technical issues efficiently
• Provide technical support related to network operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field (preferred)
• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN
• Familiarity with routers, switches, and network troubleshooting
• Knowledge of network security fundamentals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, or cloud networking
• Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or related credentials
• Internship or academic project experience in networking or IT support
