The position

As a Scrum Master at agap2, you take on the challenge within an international environment with a local focus. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects along the years, based on your experience and interests. Projects within industries such as Banking, Fintech, Telco, Retail, Sports and Healthcare.

What you bring to the position

• Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master with in-depth knowledge in IT and Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to guide teams through change, explain Agile principles clearly, and help people understand the value of Agile transformation.
• Experience of supporting teams and translating user stories into roadmap items, a proactive approach into gaining insights into the business needs.
• A strong sense of initiative, responsibility, and the ability to take ownership of team.
• Specific experience application integration is a major advantage.
• Strong communication skills with a fluent command of Dutch.
