Freelance Consultant Enterprise Project Manager

Our client, an E-learning platform for tech upskilling and career acceleration is looking for an Enterprise Manager, who will be responsible for the successful delivery of corporate

training projects, ensuring smooth execution while driving business growth. You will oversee

project management, foster strong client relationships, and lead a small team to execute

high-impact training initiatives. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in business

development by expanding project scope or securing additional engagements with existing

clients.

Key responsibilities

● Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of corporate training projects,

ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes, and clean coordination across stakeholders.

● Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients,

understanding their needs, managing expectations, and maintaining long-term

partnerships.

● Business Development: Identify and close opportunities for expanding engagement

with clients by proposing additional training solutions or increasing project scope.

● Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 1-5 professionals on the ground,

ensuring alignment with project goals and efficient execution.

● Operational Excellence: Implement structured processes and best practices to

optimize project workflows, track performance, and continuously improve training

delivery.

This role is based out of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and is fully in-person (5 days a week

work from office - Monday to Friday)

Skills Required

● Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

● Project Management Experience: 4+ years of experience in project management,

consulting, or a structured corporate environment.

● Client Management: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior

stakeholders in corporate settings.

● Leadership Skills: Experience managing small teams and driving project success.

● Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is preferred but not

mandatory.
