About the Role - Reporting into the Commercial Director, this role will involved delivering high-impact initiatives that propel top-line growth and streamline Sales operations. Expect hands-on involvement with senior management and direct PE investor exposure. You'll lead sales process optimisation initiatives, implement data driven insights, refine strategic processes, and shape the firm's growth trajectory.

Qualifications - Education: Master of Science degree in Business, Engineering, Construction or a related field. Experience: Minimum 4 years experience, with a proven track record in project management or value creation planning and execution. Experience in (infra) construction and/or private equity is highly desirable.
