This role will pay a base salary of $155,000-160,000 Base + Super + Bonus.

About the Role

As the Data Analytics & AI Lead, you’ll operate as a senior technical specialist and thought leader, combining deep expertise in data, analytics, and engineering to design and deliver advanced solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of data and AI initiatives from architecture through to deployment.
• Build and optimise scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms to support real-time, high-volume workloads.
• Solve complex problems across data, analytics, and engineering domains, with an eye toward scalability, resilience, and business value.
• Work across structured and unstructured data sources, including text, speech, and video.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into actionable AI and data solutions.
• Champion a builder mindset, leading proofs of concept and driving rapid prototyping.
• Contribute as a senior technical IC while mentoring junior engineers and shaping the technical culture of the team.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a hands-on senior technologist who can blend deep technical skills with strategic thinking. You’ll be comfortable architecting solutions, coding, and engaging with business stakeholders to drive impact.

Technical Expertise

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for analytics engineering and model development.
• Experience with both structured and unstructured data (text, speech, video).
• Expertise in Cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure), DevOps, and scalable ML frameworks.
• Solid background in data engineering, cloud infrastructure, and automation.
• Knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, co-pilot technologies, and applied AI-driven automation.
• Proven experience with full-stack development principles and deploying production-grade solutions.

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Senior IC experience with the potential to move into formal leadership.
• Ability to take ambiguous problems and convert them into well-structured, production-ready designs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
