Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in Agile frameworks and sprint-based delivery. The role requires a hands-on leader who can guide teams through the full delivery lifecycle—including requirement analysis, sprint planning, development, testing, and production releases—while ensuring adherence to Agile principles. The ideal candidate will serve as a servant leader, helping cross-functional teams maximize productivity, deliver business value, and continuously improve.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Drive Agile delivery through heavy sprint cycles, ensuring smooth flow across requirement analysis, pre-planning, development, testing, and production release.
• Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development Teams to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
• Remove impediments and escalate issues as needed to maintain sprint velocity and delivery commitments.
• Track and communicate sprint progress, velocity, and release forecasts using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally).
• Coach and mentor team members, stakeholders, and leadership on Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and values.
• Foster a collaborative and transparent environment, encouraging continuous improvement and innovation.
• Support dependency management, cross-team coordination, and alignment with program-level goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and sprint-based delivery models.
• Experience across the end-to-end delivery lifecycle: requirement analysis, sprint planning, development, testing, and production releases.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
