Temenos PMO/Project Managers

🚀 We're Hiring — Core Banking Transformation Program (Banking & Financial Services)

📍 On-site, Qatar | 🕐 12-Month Contract

We're looking for experienced professionals to join a major core banking (Temenos/T24) modernization program for a client in the financial services space

1. Program PMO Lead (Temenos/T24 experience)

• Set up and run the PMO for a large-scale core banking (T24) modernization program
• Own program governance, planning, reporting, and executive/steering committee updates
• Manage risks, dependencies, and coordination across vendors, System Integrator, and Temenos
• Drive project scope, schedule, cost, and resource management end-to-end

2. Data Workstream Project Manager (Temenos/T24 experience)

• Lead all data migration, cleansing, reconciliation, and cutover activities for a T24 core banking migration
• Define data migration strategy, source-to-target mappings, and governance standards
• Oversee ETL pipelines, mock migration runs, and downstream system synchronization
• Own cutover runbooks, sign-offs, and rollback planning across Business, Risk, and IT stakeholders

3. IT Workstream Project Manager (Temenos/T24 experience)

• Lead technical delivery for a core banking (T24) modernization program — infrastructure, integrations, and environments
• Manage vendors/System Integrators for architecture, middleware, and API delivery
• Oversee release management, performance/DR testing, and environment governance
• Own technical cutover planning and go-live command center leadership
