As part of this strategy, they require a proven programme leader to oversee one of the most critical technology transformations in their portfolio.

Who should apply?

We are seeking an experienced transformation leader with a background in consulting, financial services, and large-scale enterprise technology delivery. You will have:

• 10+ years in programme or portfolio management, with substantial experience in complex, global technology initiatives
• Proven record delivering large-scale change for Tier 1 banks or equivalent financial institutions
• Consulting pedigree (Big 4 or similar) with strong commercial awareness and client-facing delivery skills
• Experience in regulated banking environments, ideally including KYC, AML, and operational resilience
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at C-suite level
• Leadership experience managing senior programme managers and cross-functional delivery teams

Role and Reporting Lines

Reporting to the Global Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Programme Leadership – Own delivery of a high-profile, multi-jurisdictional technology transformation
• Executive Stakeholder Management – Serve as senior contact for global executive sponsors and steering committees
• Strategic Delivery Alignment – Ensure programme outcomes align with long-term business objectives and regulatory obligations
• Governance & Control – Implement delivery governance, risk management, and reporting across all workstreams
• Commercial & Resource Oversight – Manage programme budgets, resourcing, and contractual deliverables
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Coordinate with technology, operations, and compliance teams across multiple geographies
• Team Leadership – Lead, coach, and mentor programme managers, promoting consistent delivery excellence
