Start Date: ASAP

Location: Hybrid – MUST BE IRELAND BASED – Preference is once a month in the Dublin or Letterkenny office

End date: 01/01/2026 – Potential extension / possible permanent option

Day Rate: €458.87 (via PAYE) OR €577.67 (via Umbrella)

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join a leading global healthcare technology organisation. This role will focus on designing the evolution of, and new features for, flagship analytics and CRM products. You will be part of a dynamic, start-up style design team, working closely with product managers, developers, and senior stakeholders to deliver engaging and impactful user experiences.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts effectively
  • Plan and deliver usability testing, analyse feedback, and iterate designs accordingly
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure solutions align with business goals and technical feasibility
  • Maintain and evolve design systems and digital guidelines to ensure consistency across products
  • Produce visually engaging, user-friendly interfaces using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Translate complex data and analytics into dashboards, graphs, and storytelling aids that are simple, engaging, and visually compelling


Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related discipline
  • Proven experience in UX/UI design for digital products and enterprise systems (beyond websites)
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design expertise
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
  • Strong knowledge of user-centred design, responsive design, and accessibility standards
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing analytics products or dashboards
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Familiarity with enterprise design systems/standards
